Taking a completely unfinished basement that was gutted by the previous owner right back to four foundation walls and turning it into a beautiful and livable space. With 7 foot high ceilings and 800 sq/ft of floor space inch of space was utilized including switching to a hot water on demand unit and custom made furnace ducts. The kitchen and vanity cabinets, fixtures and appliances were re-purposed from the main floor above.

This outdated bathroom was in dire need of a make over. Two interior walls were removed to open up the space and linen cabinet added to the end of the new vanity to allow for some needed storage space as well as additional lighting added throughout to brighten up the space.

Juniper Kitchen Reno
After the home owner had removed some interior walls to make the main living areas open concept we tasked with installing new kitchen cabinets and fixtures, flooring and a replacing a small corner shower with a more spacious tiled one. The homeowners were almost finished painting when the after photos were taken unfortunately but the finished product turned out great.
