Converting a basement workshop and storage area into a one bedroom in-law suite in this complete over haul had many challenges. 7 foot high ceilings, cast iron plumbing and 7 foot high exterior concrete walls just to name a few. In the end the whole project came together quite nicely.
Open concept was the theme with this spectacular bathroom remodel. One interior wall was removed and walk in shower with glass doors in place of an old one piece bathtub practically made the space double in size. The luxurious shower features a built in shower cubby, integrated bench and led lighting. Definitely a good one for the portfolio!

A whole house updated top to bottom, inside in and out in this Northern BC Flip. A collaboration with Aesthetics Drywall in Prince George brought this neglected home back to it former glory and then way past it. This large and very dated bathroom was very much in need of a makeover. Existing bathroom was ripped out back to the studs and re-installed form there. A new doubly vanity, drop-in tub converted to alcove with a shower and the closet shelving unit removed and proper closet with bifold installed. New tile in bathroom as well main hallways with a new handrail to finish everything off.
