Taking a completely unfinished basement that was gutted by the previous owner right back to four foundation walls and turning it into a beautiful and livable space. With 7 foot high ceilings and 800 sq/ft of floor space inch of space was utilized including switching to a hot water on demand unit and custom made furnace ducts. The kitchen and vanity cabinets, fixtures and appliances were re-purposed from the main floor above.

After the home owner had removed some interior walls to make the main living areas open concept we tasked with installing new kitchen cabinets and fixtures, flooring and a replacing a small corner shower with a more spacious tiled one. The homeowners were almost finished painting when the after photos were taken unfortunately but the finished product turned out great.

Downtown In-Law Suite
Converting a basement workshop and storage area into a one bedroom in-law suite in this complete over haul had many challenges. 7 foot high ceilings, cast iron plumbing and 7 foot high exterior concrete walls just to name a few. In the end the whole project came together quite nicely.

Open concept was the theme with this spectacular bathroom remodel. One interior wall was removed and walk in shower with glass doors in place of an old one piece bathtub practically made the space double in size. The luxurious shower features a built in shower cubby, integrated bench and led lighting.
