Lyon St. Flip
A whole house updated top to bottom, inside in and out in this Northern BC Flip. A collaboration with Aesthetics Drywall in Prince George brought this neglected home back to it former glory and then way past it. Walls between the kitchen, living and dining room areas were removed to create a more open feel. The entire house was stripped down to the drywall and new everything installed from there out. A new coat of paint outside, fascia, gutters, a new fence, added parking and some general maintenance to the lawn completed the exterior improvements of this truly one of a kind northern home.

McMurdo Bathroom Reno
Complete tear out and new everything in this very roomy, very dated bathroom. Floors in main hallways were also torn out and re-tiled along with a new handrail.

Springhill Kitchen Reno
An extensive renovation to a very dated and cramped kitchen. The entire kitchen was gutted along with two walls and three headers removed to create a functional, open concept kitchen.

Rose Hill Hardscaping
11 terraced retaining walls with stairs and 1750 sq/ft of paving stones made for on massive hardscaping project. Both the walls and paving stones feature blended colors and intricate patterns. Once again unfortunately, due to a cell phone meeting an early demise some of the before photos of the walls were lost.

Texas Creek Interior Finishing
After significantly lengthy delays and mistakes for over a 7 month period made by Home Depot and Fabritech, this kitchen installation was finally finished! Two bathrooms were also installed in this newly built home.
